One bedroom self-catering apartment located in Costa Del Silencio in the South of Tenerife and is available for holiday rental. It is situated on a secure complex (with added security guards) and is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, a large pool and a smaller pool is also available for children. The apartment is south facing on the second floor with a first line sea view of the Atlantic Ocean. It also has its own parking space if you choose to hire a car for your holiday. The apartment is fully equipped for up to two adults and has a bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers for storage. The bedroom has a large window facing South and overlooking the sea. The living area has a TV with English channels, a radio and DVD player. Leading from the living area through the french doors to the south is a spacious balcony with beautiful sea views where you can watch the sun rise and shine each day. You can sometimes see the outline of Gran Canaria and dolphins swimming by. The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a table to enable you to dine al fresco with a meal that has been prepared in the american style kitchen. There is a dining area with a table and two chairs in the apartment and the kitchen is equipped with all utensils that you would need for your stay. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine for you to use. Free WiFi is available in the reception area. Tenerife is warm and sunny throughout the year and with a sea breeze makes a nice setting for eating al fresco in the many restaurants located only a few minutes from the apartment. The apartment is located next to the coastline and has nice walks by the sea. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars that are within easy walking distance. Tourist attractions are Siam Park which is the largest water park in Europe, The Monkey Park, Aqua Land and Loro Parque, Mount Teide and Go-Karting are all within a reasonable travelling distance. There is also a dive centre at Amarilla Bay which is about 5-10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. The coastal village of Las Galletas is about 20-minutes’ walk where you will find lots of small shops and restaurants/cafes with views over the marina and beach. You can arrange trips for Dolphin and Whale watching and travel is very easy with bus stops only a short walk from the apartment, where you can visit other locations. Water sports, beautiful golden sandy beaches, entertainment and amusement parks are available in the nearby main resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas which can be easily reached by a short cheap bus ride or taxi, or you can go in the opposite direction to El Medano which is a small town with lovely restaurants overlooking the sea. This apartment is in a predominately residential area but is ideal for couples seeking a relaxing, therapeutic, get away from it all holiday away from the hustle bustle of the bigger livelier towns. The nearest airport is Tenerife South (Aeropuerto Reina Sofia) and the transfer is only 15 minutes by Car/Taxi.
